overseas and those live in Australia on non-immigration visa status
who are highly skilled in their occupation and who have substantial
work experience, have post-secondary qualifications, are under 45
years of age at the time when the application is made and who will
quickly make a contribution to the Australian economy. It is noted
that the work experience is not necessarily required if the applicants
complete a full-time post-secondary academic study for two years in
Australia and lodge the application within 6 months after the course
is finished.
